Nothing much up. Mid sems from 5th feb. So tip is: Keep Mugging! N water in top wings. So in trouble each day running in mid wings for bathing.[:(]
The laptop delivered at my brother's house at Delhi. Will be bringing it after the mid sems.
Recently explored a really interesting field in Mech Engg. on Proff. K Deb's page. Genetic Algorithm of Design optimization. Now I see that this might be my cheese.

Bad Cold

Suffering from a bad cold. Since days having a false feeling of naussea. Dont kno if Im having it. The second assignment of ME251 up. An assembly of Radial Engine. Hehehehehe. Successfully comprehended the problem and reached the solution! Now I can revive my hopes of 10 point in this semester..

Wierd Day

Woke up at 6:00 am in the morning as I did sleep early last night. After then I don't remember if I was dreaming or I was thinking awake. I saw a girl who came and told her name Rakshlakshmi (never heard that in real). And said some pleasing words. That's all I remember out of the blur. She was on other side of a row of tables. And standing quite close to me. And said that she lives in Noida somewhere. And it felt like she was trying to say something. But it was either she couldn't say or I missed it. Can't recall properly. Whatever.

Then got up at 7:15. All the the thoughts running through my head. Taught in the PHI class. still couldn't forget the deliema. Still trying to find out an answer. And still unable to do it. What is IT? With all these thoughts wrote a little passage in my diary:
Binding my existance to the world.
All the world around me and all the reasons and wisdoms and ill-wisdoms are not enough to let me believe that Moksha theory is untrue.
For those who say nothing happens for just like that, nothing is without a reason, without a purpose of itself, I say then what is the purpose of our existance? If you say earning or learning of (as most say) being a professional or anything that a person may set for himself, is his purpose, then it is something you WANT. You yourself decided that you wil be/have what you want. How can this be purpose of life. This is the perpose of something which you say "I" and I say "you". Isn't it different from "life".
Such purpose changes from purson to person whereas the life which runs in you, runs through all of them, binds them all to the earth, and it makes them feel like living .
This is all what is reasoned out by me. But is the thing which I called life same as what Indian Philosophers called ATMA- soul- self. This is still a mystry. But all the happenings to me, my concience and my reasoning, and the world around me are conspiring together to make me belive: YES..

Heard that my camera is back at home and I will be having it back here by Sunday. A neighbour of me is visiting IIT Kanpur with his daughter for some work. Mom will send the camera and a sweater by him
After that did with the Materils lab. Came to CC, opened my print account. Had an extremely long chat-session with Vinay Srivastava. Hope he is reading all this. Please don't mind my posting your picture. He was a kind of "dar gaya" on reading all the things which I had in my head and the blogspot.

MOS quiz

There was 1 question in 20min quiz. For the first 10 min. just kept looking at it. But it next 10 min. cracked the problem.
My cube broken. Now to buy a new cube. Couldn't get it in ShopC

Run Lola Run!

Wednesdays from now onwards are going to be celebrated as black day. The most dreaded, most tiring in week! Today's events:

• -- Fluid Mech. Lecture from 8:00 to 9:00 a.m. As boring as ever. Bored to death!!!
• -- Run to L3 for Materials Lecture. All those words like crystals and lattice and atoms and voids flying in the room. I could smell them, touch them, kick them, eat them, but couldn't hear them.
• -- 10:00a.m. Cycling in the corridor near FacB with all the weapons to combat Engineering Drawing to reach Drawing Hall by earliest, so as to finish the enemies and return by the earliest. But an enemy named "Peeyush Chandra" caught us in the corridor and thrashed us. Parked the cycle there itself and ran from there. And see how I cursed him:"Ek din aega jab ham teacher honge aur aap student honge. Fir ham apko cycle se utarenge." But Shadab was not ready to leave him so cheaply. He would thrash him, and punch him and kick him and utter thosands abuses and never allow him to cycle anywhere.
• -- The next 3 and a half painful hours were rubbed away with the graphite lead and eraser.
• -- Sped up to hostel and took bath. Ran to mess. Absorbed some colourful shit there.
• -- Again to Engineering Graphics Lecture at 2:00. Mr.A.Chatterjee again acted there as if he was brand ambassador for AutoDesk Software. Told a book for autocad.
• -- Just as bell rung, ran to library to get the copy of autocad book before they are finished. But in the way 3inch nail was nailed in ma bicycle [:(]
• -- Ransacked the library but couldnt find that book. So issued some 2 other books.
• -- Took the cycle to shopC. Got the cycle repaired, took a recharge coupon and a 5-star. And it was 3:46 by now.
• -- Picked up the MOS notebook from my room. Now I was feeling like "flying". Had anybody blown air towards me, I would have been in particles. In thic condition I had to carry elephant-sized-Chatto to LHC on my bicycle carrier.
• -- Steady flow was developed in my head now as it was being heated from inside and cooled from outside. Method of sections was taught in the class. All I could learn from this lecture was professor Kamle's statment: "Think before you cut". Yes sir. I will surely do. To be safe I will never cut.
• -- Ey. Khatam nahi hua kya! Phillosophy lecture still left. From 8:30 to 9:30p.m.

Other events:
1) Cube was almost gone. the white face came out. Hard time fixing it but not of much use. Ate at Hall-4.
2) Chatting with an old acquaintance from allahabad, Shobhika Singh. Collected her views on the topic of happiness he seemed to hold views similar to me on happiness versus success. But really surprised by one of her statement : but don get too much in depth, it wud b harmful. Eh.. what a misconception people hold about such thing. Thinking is such a great thing to resolve the matters. Consequential Analysis.

Lunch at Hukka

Today we had great time eating at Hukka's restaurent. Last night I slept at 9:00 (too early). And then woke up at 8:00 a.m. after a good tight sleep. Then went to Vatsheel's room to see if I succeded in waking up before him? And succeded was I.[:)] At least today I woke before him. In the afternoon there was a fierce discussion on when should we go for the treat since we had three pending treats. For the lunch, Lava was unavailable because he had already fixed a lunch with "IITK ki chuhiyo" (exact term coined by Ankit Kala, please don't hold me responsible for it), and for dinner Bhatia and Kush were unavailable. Then aftef much discussions of which most was used in abusing each other, we finally settled for lunch deciding to leave out Lava.

And now all set for my new laptop. Already placed an order for a 15.4" widescreen Dell lap top.
